Every Christmas we team up with an independent designer to create a unique card decoration, which we send to our clients, friends and suppliers. We started this project on 2019 with the view to create a collectable piece, a souvenir. We wanted to create and share ‘something’ that encapsulated our ethos, talked about what we do, who we are and what we support.
Our first run was produced by Telegrama, a letterpress studio in Cardedeu through a completely manual process. Each card was handwritten, personalised, and posted to over 50 members of the Exhibeo family.
This year, and given the circumstances, we wanted to do it slightly different and so, we have created a number of cut out baubles, which can be downloaded at home and assembled with the family.
This year’s edition comes by the hand of London-based artist and illustrator Craig Yamey, a friend and creative whom I admire, respect and could not live without. Craig has over 20 years experience in DESIGN, BRANDING, and MUSEUM SHOP RANGES. Having completed an MA at Central Saint Martins, his varied and extensive portfolio includes logo design, packaging, theatre and festival posters as well as illustrations and CD covers. Craig has recently set up MUSEO DESIGN , an agency specialising in design and illustration for museum shops.
